When I write my songs....It's like I'm seeing life through someone else's eyes...I'm writing their story and wrapping music around it. This one...when I wrote it I was in a very happy space...but the words came out heavy. Her Southern rooted Bluesy Rock energy had a story to tell and chose me as the vessel... Seems to happen a lot.
