Today showed up while I was testing a new microphone with an acoustic guitar in my hands. No real plan, then a few words came and turned into a song. A small, intimate thought about hurting today, having tomorrow, and wondering why we spend so much of the time we have worrying. Raw, simple, and left close to the moment it came from.
