It Was Raining

About this track

Two incidents. One week. June 2026. A president walks out of a national television interview in a barn in Wisconsin, rips off his microphone, and later tells a crowd the rain made him do it. Days later, the most famous arena in the world boos him during an NBA Finals game, and he boards a plane insisting it was mostly cheers. No villains. No editorializing. Just the news. Chorus lyrics are unedited transcripts. He wrote them himself. Written and Wrangled by Todd Baier
