Variations on a Theme by Brahms

For latest collaboration with friend and longtime collaborator Liam Hynes-Tawa, each of us independently wrote four variations on a theme from the final movement of Brahms String Quartet 2. We then took our respective variations and assembled them together into one finished piece, which opens with the original Brahms theme and then shifts into the variations we wrote.
