Wintersonnenwende

For the northern hemisphere, it's winter solstice (Wintersonnenwende) today (12/21/2025) - this marks the shortest day and the longest night for this year. And in the middle of these dark and short days, on my way back home from work last week, I heard this lovely little blackbird singing and recorded it straight away with my phone. What a sweet little fellow! credits
