Bubble Gum - Calfskin (Original Mix) [Beatport Mainstage TOP #39] -------------------------------------------------- Artist’s Note – Calfskin When I was little, at an age when jumping around and playing was all I cared about, piano was the first thing that taught me how to truly focus on something. Drawn in by the sound of the keys, I’d spend hours sitting in front of sheet music. It’s been more than a decade since those days, and though the way I express sound and the way I approach variety has changed, the instinctive feel in my fingertips from those early years still remains with me as a comforting habit. Bubble Gum could be categorized as an EDM track, but to be honest, I didn’t start with a specific genre or direction in mind. Rather than fitting it into a theme, I’d say it’s simply a natural expression of who I am right now. To some, it might just be another song nothing too special, something that simply passes by. But even the ordinary and the fleeting are valid forms of being, and that’s enough.
