Dreams Stretched Beyond, Budakid's debut album, arrived in July and now gets reworked on his own Flores label. Dutch-born, Berlin-based producer, DJ, singer and multi-instrumentalist poured 20 years of life experiences into his debut album. It was born in the isolation of living in the Alps and showcased his immersive songwriting, emotive synth lines and indelible melodies. Now, on this remix EP for his increasingly essential Flores label, Spain's Argia takes album track 'Hearts' somewhere more ethereal, her taut mid-tempo drums carrying angelic vocals up top against a bassline that roams free below. Dreams Stretched Beyond (The Remixes) is out October 8th, with remixes from Guy J, Fort Romeau, Argia, Map.ache, Gerd Janson, and more.
