About this track
It is my pleasure and great honor to present my sophomore album titled “siuslaw.” The title of this album and all the artwork come from The Siuslaw Model Forest in Acra, NY - a property dedicated to education, research and the demonstration of sustainable forestry and agroforestry techniques. My late grandfather built and managed the property for 50 years, and he was a huge part of my life growing up just as this place was a major part of his. This album is dedicated to him and his memory, and all the amazing things he was able to accomplish in his life, including everything he’s done for our family. For every purchase of this album through Bandcamp, a tree will be planted via One Tree Planted a non profit organization focused on global re-forestation.
