I was a house with no windows, just a shadow in the hall. Trying to fix a broken spirit with a hammer and a wall. But you can't glue a heartbeat back into a dead man's chest. I was chasing after ghosts, looking for a place to rest. Calling the bitter sweet, and the crooked path straight. Just a prisoner of the flesh, standing at a locked gate. I'd forgotten what the sun looked like, lost in the grey. Until a voice called my name and the walls gave way.✝️
