I originally created this journey for a vibro-acoustic & frequency treatment spa in Costa Rica. The intention was to create a guided journey for relaxation, nervous system regulation and a soundtrack that invites us to harmonize and reconnect with nature. It features ocean sounds and whale recordings from my trip to Hawaii for a deep immersive experience. All the sounds are tuned to 432 Hz precise temperament tuning, the most resonant tuning that is based in phi-ratio intervals and mathematically coherent across all scales. Its basically a tuning fork for our bodies and DNA to get back into our natural state of Harmonic Resonance. This journey also features Isochronic tones that help the brain to entrain first into a state of relaxation with alpha brainwaves and across the journey into a deep meditative theta state. Many clients reported how they felt deeply relaxed, at peace or inspired and rejuvenated after listening to it and I decided to share it here. I highly suggest to listen on headphones for a deeply immersive experience.
