About this track

Thanks Ökami @lgnd-5hade for letting me be part of this. “Face the Flame” is the first track I’m releasing in collaboration with Ökami. The song started from a beautiful vocal and instrumental demo that Ökami had recorded, and I was instantly inspired. I reworked the lyrics slightly and added some production touches to shape it into something that felt true to both our styles. This new creative connection means a lot to me — there’s something unique about Ökami’s songwriting that really pushes me in new directions. His words hit different, and they’ve brought something fresh into my own process. Big thanks to Ökami for letting me be part of this one. Hope it’s the first of many.
